We maintain a 1-wedding-per-week policy to ensure you receive our undivided attention. Forget 1 a day, we refuse to be focusing on anyone else in the final days running up to your wedding, every department in the hotel will be gearing up and excited for your special day. Got a last minute query or dare-we-say-it “disaster”? No problem your wedding co-ordinator is here just for you. Got personal items to drop off? Excellent, we are ready and waiting for them. Got guests arriving early? No worries they will have our undivided attention. Special menu requirements at the last minute? Again, not an issue. Our Chef is solely focused on sourcing your ingredients and preparing your dream dishes this week.

Planning your wedding

We’ll also help source and manage external suppliers. After all, given years of wedding planning and hosting, we’ve come to know the best-in-business when it comes to recommending suppliers, including: florists, photographers and entertainment.

Our highly experienced Chefs will work with you to develop impressive menus that suit your needs and your budget – from canapés and champagne, to a 3-course wedding breakfast feast that will wow your guests.
